October 11, 2011 - Absolute buy at
this price level! (posted March 22, 2011)
PATIENCE is a VIRTUE !
Many of our objectives have been reached
or about to be reached. Note that it is not always evident to calculate
NEW objectives. In some cases the % profit is the historic % (since we
initially advised the Buy). Earnings are going up by as much as 40% and
more and this will in time be reflected in the stock prices. |
Our Opinion: Juniors are
awake...and are an absolute buy: we have a disconnect
between common shares and Gold and Silver shares (click on Gold & Silver shares
versus common shares) . Never forget that with these Gold and Silver
prices the earnings of the sector rise exponentially.
-
Gold and Silver juniors are far better
and safer than any malicious, uncontrolled, non-regulated and Bank
manipulated Derivative like Turbo's, options, warrants and other
Structured Products.
-
We prefer the Juniors to the Seniors, to
ETF's, to Futures, Options and Turbo's . The additional advantage
Juniors have, is that they will be taken over by the Seniors as their
own gold-ore-reserves decrease.
-
Buy especially those stocks where price
has eased back to the 200 day Moving Average (red line on charts)
-
A portfolio made out of the juniors in our shopping
basket have gone up by more than 80% since 2009 .

Updated October 11, 2011: BEAR TRAP?! Certainly
possible...`Short term objective is 36.5 42.5 - Medium term
objective is 75 (+ 114%)
- grasp the opportunity to average down your cost !
Junior are higher risk and must be
approached with caution. Some of them are to be seen as a healthy
alternate for Stock options, Turbo's, Warrants and other uncontrolled, bank
manufactured and manipulated instruments. REMEMBER at all times there is A LOT
of SHORTING by Banks which provide financial services to Gold Juniors and that
the # reason to buy these stocks is that they will in time be taken over by
SENIORS.
Derivatives as a rule don't pay
dividends.
Earnings and dividends
are poised to raise exponentially and if you don't have the right stuff, you're
not gonna profit from it.
Note
the sideward accumulation zone. Beneath and above a VACUUM has developed.
The low risk entry points are those on the Stop sell line of 34 1/2 . The Stop
buy level is 40 - 42. Once the index breaks through this level, the ideal is to
see it positively tested: the index breaks up to example 43 and eases back to 40
before it resumes its null trend. After breakout one can calculate the
objective. At this time the Objective is 75 or + 100%..
October 11, it is obvious the support
zone of 32 has been broken contrary to the HUI Index (majors).

low risk step in levels and oversold =
BUY !! - Click on
name of stock for profile (all low risk entry points were reached)
note:
-
Preferred in increasing order those marked by *
-
We
have deleted Greystar resources. (GSL.TO)
-
Try
to buy on the 200 day Moving Average (red line)
-
Don't be blinded by the potential % profit...!
-
All stock ending with .TO are traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange, those with
a .V on the Vancouver Stock Exchange. All other stocks are traded on a major
American stock exchange.
-
It more and more seems Silvercorp,
Lake Shore Gold and High River Gold are similar stories. Do not
liquidate your positions. At this time we probably have a bottom formation for
all three...the next weeks will tell us for sure! IMPORTANT is to know that
Canadian Juniors have traditionally been the subject of crooked
manipulations....and that one MUST first invest in MAJORS before even
considering a Junior. Don't forget to consider the proportions as shown on the
Investment pyramid before allocating funds.
